Dolmen Securities is one of Ireland’s leading financial providers, with offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. Dolmen employs staff across its three divisions: Stockbroking, Wealth Management and Corporate Finance.

We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated professionals, for the positions shown below:

Senior Stockbroker: The successful candidate is required to have a minimum of 5 years experience. The candidate must have a proven track record in managing and developing a large high net worth private client base. The candidate must also have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong team player with impressive motivational aptitudes. The candidate must be a Registered Stockbroker or have an equivalent qualification.

Senior Bond Trader / Salesperson: The successful candidate is required to be an intelligent, self motivated individual to fill a position on our fixed income trading desk as a Senior Bond Trader / Salesperson. We require that candidates have a minimum of 3+ years of fixed income trading/sales and a minimum of 5+ years experience within the financial services industry. A strong knowledge of the full suite of fixed income asset classes, which include: corporate bonds, financial bonds, government bonds and structured products. The candidate should also have the ability to analyse and interpret market conditions and economic data and to source and introduce trade ideas.

Compliance Officer: The successful candidate should have experience of working in the areas of compliance or audit in the Financial Services industry. A degree in law or business is an advantage. The candidate should have a keen interest in the area of regulation in business, excellent communication skills, audit, planning and project management skills.

Salary, bonus and related packages are negotiable. Successful candidates must be self starters and demonstrate the ability to work within or lead a team in what is often a demanding industry.
